Sunday Beach Bummin'

Spent this gorgeous day out on the beach with my parents.

I'm realizing that I need to soak up this lovely weather as much as I can.
Before I know it, I'll back in the cold and grey (but still beautiful) London.

When I was in the UK back in October,
I was mistaken for being Spanish twice.
Which I absolutely took as a compliment.

I've got two more months to perfect this tan,
until I start slowly fading to pale.
But I'll totally sacrifice my dark skin
for some British living. :)

Some pics from the day!

    1. It's supposed to be 'rainy season' here, which I don't get because most of our days have been like this!

  2. ...EMBRACE THE PALE (I find it beautiful, :-))!!...And it's funny that they automatically thought you were a Spaniard, b/c not all of them are bronzed god/esses!!...

    1. I don't mind pale! I just like being tan better, hehehe ...

I thought it was very funny they thought that too, because even with darker skin, I think I look very 'American'

  4. Looks beautiful!! I'm extremely pale too but I don't tan well, I'm going to get a spray tan I think so I don't blind people when I finally make my way to a beach haha.

    1. I used to be verrrry pale because of a medicine I was on, and would just burn like a lobster, but gradually worked my way into being able to build a tan. Spray tans always make me nervous, but I'd much prefer them than a tanning bed!

  14. That looks so lovely! I love the idea of the beach (I grew up far away from them), but I'll never tan! I just sunburn! Hope you perfect yours!

    1. I used to be like that too - I could put a gallon of sunscreen on, and I would still turn into a lobster! With my parents here for good, I've been able to gradually build it up, so luckily I burn much less!
